Tarsoft Sdn Bhd (“Tarsoft”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the Datacryptic Ticket Management System (“Datacryptic”). • Account & Contact Data: Name, email, phone number, role, and organisation details provided when you create or manage an account.
• Ticket & Workspace Content: Ticket descriptions, attachments, comments, signatures, status updates, and audit history submitted or generated within Datacryptic.
• Usage & Technical Data: Log data (IP address, browser/device details, timestamps, pages accessed) and preferences used to operate and secure the service.
• Support Communications: Messages exchanged with Tarsoft for helpdesk or training purposes.

2. How We Use Data

• To provide, operate, and support ticket lifecycle management within Datacryptic.
• To send service notifications (e.g., ticket updates, security alerts, planned maintenance).
• To improve reliability, performance, and usability of Datacryptic.
• To protect the platform, investigate misuse, and meet legal or regulatory obligations.
• To deliver customer support, onboarding, and training requested by your organisation.

3. How We Share Data

• Service Providers: Infrastructure, security, email/SMS, analytics, and backup providers acting on our instructions.
• Your Organisation & Collaborators: Data is visible to authorised users within the same organisation or project, as configured by administrators.
• Legal & Compliance: Regulators, law enforcement, or courts where required by applicable law or to protect rights and safety.

4. Data Security

We apply administrative, technical, and organisational measures to safeguard personal data (access controls, encryption-in-transit, monitoring, and backups). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we continuously work to protect your information.

5. Retention

We retain personal data while your account remains active and as needed to operate ticket records, meet contract obligations, or comply with legal retention periods. Data may be archived or anonymised when no longer required.

6. Your Rights

Subject to law and contractual requirements, you may request to access, correct, withdraw consent, restrict, or delete your personal data.
