Data & Account Deletion - Datacryptic Ticket Management System
Use the steps below to request deletion of your account or specific personal data stored in the
Datacryptic Ticket Management System operated by Tarsoft Sdn Bhd.
Requesting deletion from within Datacryptic
- Sign in to Datacryptic.
- Open your profile menu and select Account & Security.
- Choose Delete Account / Data.
- Select the scope of your request:
- Full account deletion (removal of your user account and associated personal data,
subject to legal/audit retention), or
- Specific data deletion (e.g., profile details or certain attachments) where
allowed by your organisation's policy.
- Provide a brief reason or reference number (optional but helpful for audit tracking).
- Submit the request. You will receive on-screen confirmation and follow-up notification when processed.
Requesting via support ticket
- Open Datacryptic and create a new support ticket with category Privacy/Data Protection.
- State whether you need full account deletion or specific data deletion and
include the email/username to be deleted.
- Submit the ticket. A Tarsoft representative will acknowledge and guide you through verification.

require.
